Since the roller brush is close to the surface, some hair and threads do get entangled in the brush which causes it to slow down.

First, is there a blockage in the airway between the brush and the handle? If there is, this blockage is preventing proper airflow that is needed for suction. Remove this blockage to see if the brush will start working again.

Note that this tool does not have an auto shut-off feature when it encounters a blockage so it will just continue to provide weak suction.

The next thing to check for is any hair tangled in the brush’s bristles. This will prevent the brush from spinning and you will have a hard time pushing this attachment around.
